Tips: Answer this question carefully because it tells your personality traits. Support your answer with a valid reason.

Ques 8: Describe a
time when you took extra effort to make sure the person with whom you were
communicating with had really understood your point. How do you do this?

It was the
time when the technical fest of our college was near and teammates
were not clear about the objective, design and their responsibility of the
project which we were developing. So, being a team leader, I called a meeting
with my teammates and discussed the objective of the project and I had assigned
them individual task with deadline. Then I also made a design of the project
and shared with them. And finally these all efforts worked out and we secured
III rank.
Ques 9: What was
your biggest failure in life and how did you handle it?
Tips: This could be a tricky question to answer as this question is specifically talking about negativity and we always try to present ourselves in a best possible way.
While answering please keep following points in mind:
- Don't talk about any failure that caused due to some personal reasons
- Take any real life failure as an example
- Focus more on learning
